"WHAT A CRAZY GREAT RESTAURANT!! All the food, small and large plates, were sooo tasty, well seasoned and beautifully served! The service is amazing and so classy! Sandib was an awesome host! the restaurant itself is gorgeous! Desserts are delicious and drinks are perfectly made! Will definitely go again!"

"Enjoyed an excellent dinner here with friends and all of the tapas we tried were incredibly flavorful and tasty! They have options for gluten free and vegetarian/vegan as well! The cocktail I had was spectacular. I dont remember everything we ate, but would certainly come back to try more upscale Cuban cuisine."

"Absolutely love this place. My parents live in the area, and we come here often when I go see them. Food and drinks are excellent, service is great, all the staff are super friendly and polite. Just beware that on weekends, this place is pretty crowded, so don’t be alarmed if you have to wait a little bit longer for things."

"Great experience! Food was tapas, Cuban/Spanish style. Cocktails were all great. The menu felt a little limited. Service was high class!"

"This was my third visit to Gustazo, and oh boy — this place has gone from mediocre to downright subpar. The service was terrible. It took nearly 50 minutes for our appetizers to arrive, and our drinks took even longer — they finally showed up halfway through our meal. Drinks were a total disaster at our table of six. My coconut lemongrass martini was served in the most ridiculous way possible: a tall glass, half full, and at room temperature (you’d have to see the picture to believe it). The halibut-stuffed piquillo peppers were a joke. The only decent dishes were the ceviche of the night and the lamb chops — everything else was average at best. Not once did our server check in with us to see if everything was okay. We had to flag them down each time like trying to hail a cab in NYC. To make things worse, they automatically add a 4% kitchen appreciation fee plus a 20% gratuity for a table of six. It’s hard to imagine the staff putting in any effort when they know they’re getting tipped regardless of service quality. For the record, I’m not opposed to these fees or gratuity when the service is even halfway decent. The issue is when it’s added on top of poor service. We had dinner at Sarma the previous night — they also added 5% + 20% automatically, but the experience there was night and day. The food and service were exceptional, and we happily added extra gratuity because they truly earned it. Sadly, Gustazo has gone downhill and no longer feels worth the hype or the automatic fees."
