"This was a decent experience, lots of creative food choices and unique / rare fish. The place is small so quite intimate. It is not in the usual style of omakase where everyone dines at the same time, so it is more 'personal', but the trade-off is that it can be slow and there is only one chef going between all the tables so you have to take 'breaks' every two nigiri. The tip suggestion surprised us as the minimum tip suggestion was 20%, then went up to 25%, 30%, and 35% which seems rather high as a tip suggestion."

"Truly an amazing experience. I made a reservation a month in advance jukusei omakase which is aged. A lot of the sushi were aged for at least 2 weeks. Lots of ingredients was made in house including the tofu. Every piece has a story behind it and I absolutely loved every bit of it. Chef Chris did a great job in his preparation and you can see his passion for sushi. We had a very private evening where Chef Chris made every piece in front of us and took the time to tell us the history of traditional Japanese cuisine. Definitely one of the best experience I've ever had and highly recommend for anyone in the area."
"Love the atmosphere here and that's not to undersell the food. It's very intimate and a great place if you want to have a conversation. Being there with the chef and having the nigiri made in front of you really makes the occasion feel extra special. It also doesn't hurt that the chef takes your preferences into account and customize the menu based on what you like to eat"
