"My husband surprised me with a Passion Fruit Raspberry Tart from Praline for my birthday, and it was truly everything. The passion fruit and raspberry were perfectly balanced—bright, fresh, and luxurious—and the crust was absolute perfection, buttery and crisp in every bite! He also brought home the Paris-Brest, filled with the most heavenly hazelnut praline cream, and it was beyond amazing. And the croissant… I can’t even. It’s the best croissant in the United States, hands down, and even in Paris it would remain among the finest. Every bite felt like pure elegance croissant 🥐 🇫🇷"

"I was really excited to try this French bakery, the inside was clean, cute, and they had a great selection of pastries. I went in hoping for fresh breakfast options, but everything was premade. So instead, I ordered a croissant, which they didn’t even offer to toast, and a matcha that was extremely milky , it barely tasted like matcha. Both items came to $12. which felt pricey for the quality. To top it off, they didn’t have any change to give back, so at that point, keep it! Overall, respectfully, I won’t be returning. Matcha 0/10 Croissant 5/10 would’ve been a 10 if it was warm and toasty :/"

"I went in for French pastry. The cortado was good. I decided on an Opera pastry and found it not up to par. The chocolate and cake part was good but the cream was hard and very sweet. Together it wasn't in sync with the taste buds. It felt stale. I would probably try their macarons next. But definitely will go back for the coffee."

"What an amazing discovery! This is exactly a real true French Bakery and Patisserie, what a pleasure to eat a delicious chocolate croissant or a typical French Kouign Amann. Come and feel the cosy atmosphere of the store as well as the super nice staff ♥️"

"Very tasty almond croissant inside the heart of Cambridge. Praline is the perfect place to grab a coffee and a pastry and crank in a couple hours of work. Praline is a French bakery in Cambridge (I could hear their staff speaking French which is always a good sign!). Their pastries are all beautiful, but as always, I had to try their almond croissant. The croissant itself was light, moist yet still crispy on the bottom. The almond paste filling was very generous and evenly spread throughout. The paste tasted very natural with a strong nutty flavour. In my opinion, the almond paste lacked a bit of a “praliné” taste (it’s in their name after all!), and could have benefited from a bit of salt. Still overall a delicious croissant, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their pastries! p.s: Iced latte was also very nice, perfect combination with the almond croissant!"
