from Google"This smoothie spot in Harvard is absolutely fire! I’ve been here multiple times now, and every single smoothie I’ve tried has been bursting with flavor and made with incredibly fresh ingredients. Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity, creamy, or packed with greens, they’ve got it all — and they nail it every time. The texture is always perfect, never icy or watered down like other places. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. I grabbed the mango-pineapple blend today and it was hands-down one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. Sweet, refreshing, and energizing — exactly what I needed to power through the day. The staff is friendly, quick, and clearly knows their stuff. If you’re anywhere near Harvard Square and want a high-quality smoothie that hits the spot every time, this is the place. Can’t wait to go back. Absolute five-star gem."
"I was really looking forward to trying the standard açai bowl, but it was a huge letdown in terms of taste. The texture felt dry and lacked freshness, making me wonder if it was blended on-site or frozen. For nearly $15 for a small portion, I expected better quality and flavor. I hope the team can look into improving the freshness and taste, as I’d love to give it another try in the future!"
"Good quality but ABSOLUTELY ripoff! I paid $15 total for a kid’s size smoothie bowl! Kid’s size! $15"
"The acai bowls are absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are generous in my opinion (compared to other options for acai bowls in Harvard sq). They are good with allergies. The service can be a bit slow. They usually have just one or two employees working at a time. I feel bad for the employees when there are so many orders/people waiting in line and just one person working. If you order ahead, it's not a guarantee your order will be available by the estimated time. I've had to wait up to 10 minutes extra before. They should extend the estimated time if that's the case. Also, the pick up area for online orders is awkward, because they can't always see you there with the tall counter wall, so you have to get the employee's attention in the regular line sometimes. I understand they can't leave items out because of refrigeration and people grabbing the wrong order or stealing but it's a bit awkward especially when you need to wait in the regular line even though your order is probably ready. The staff are so kind and do apologize if it is a wait."
"The Ube bowl was really yummy. I think this is one of the only spots in Massachusetts that has it. Only downside was the extra cost of adding nut butter was too overpriced imo. But overall a great option for açaí in the area!"
