"I come to this store almost every day — the food is always delicious, convenient, and satisfying. There’s really nothing to complain about in terms of quality or selection. However, I’ve noticed that the service attitude of some of the female staff could be improved. A few of them tend to laugh and chat with each other while handling customers’ payments at the cashier counter, which can feel unprofessional. In particular, there’s one staff member — she’s been here for quite some time, wears glasses, and has blonde hair — whose attitude toward customers is quite disappointing. When customers ask for advice or clarification about what to buy, her responses can come across as curt or dismissive. It’s really unfortunate, because I truly like this store and come here regularly. I hope the management can look into this, as better customer service would make an already great place even more enjoyable."

"Update 6/25/25 Decreasing by one star because I don't know what's going on but they seem to be going downhill. One of the last times I came I tried Their ramen for the first time And I could have made better ramen at home with the $0.35 packet! lol it was mostly The broth, very bland. Then today I go and I don't know if they have something wrong with their cooling system. But it's 90° weather and it feels 10 or 20° hotter in their store. All the hot food looks dry and old. I got my usual poke bowl and usually they put in enough that I can't even eat it all. Today, They didn't put in enough, I feel like I'm still hungry. I paid extra for extra protein and I don't think it looks like I got extra protein. I told them extra lettuce, and I barely got any lettuce. Lot of the add-ons were not there that they usually advertise but I haven't been in a while so maybe they just don't offer them anymore. However, the bowl tasted great as usual. Sad I paid for a whole hour to park my car just to walk back to my car and eat in there because it was just oppressive. I go for the poke bowls! They do them right! Plus everything in their store is wholesome and fresh! Lol it is on the pricey side for some things, however the poke bowls and ramen are at the right price. Lots of great food choices!"

"If you are looking for freshly made sushi as well as prepared foods along with an awesome selection of wines, beers, sodas and other beverages, you’ll love Wholesome Fresh. While they don’t have the largest produce section it’s really more of a store to pick up refreshments and foods to take back to your dorm or hotel. We went in looking for some green vegetables and we purchased fresh broccoli, eggs, seltzer and other items do the store had everything and more than we were looking for!"

"I. LOVE. THIS. STORE. If I could leave a thousand five star reviews for them I would! The overnight crew is absolutely phenomenal! They're so friendly and always so hard at work! I've gotten so many of my friends hooked on coming here, even if it's just for a bottle of water! They have a fresh hot bar, a deli where you can get So many different types of sandwiches, paninis, or poke bowls, even sushi if that's your thing! They're open 24 hours too! Very safe place to go if you're hungry in the middle of third shift and want to relax a minute with some fresh food! I will note, the day crew isn't as appealing as the overnight crew, they're not as social or welcoming, but I still come back, it's worth it regardless ! :) . "Great location near Harvard Square. Has enough stuff for some quick grocery shopping. The buffet has good fruits. However, the standard stuff available in other groceries is twice as expensive. A box of Quaker Oats would cost you 11.49. This is available for 5.12 on Amazon (including delivery). Nesquik powder, available for 4.19 on Amazon would cost you 11.99. And so on. If you are a frequent grocery shopper at other places you'd quickly realize that you're paying twice as much for most products. My recommendation: Good for a quick bite and a little grocery shopping, but not good for stuff available at bigger standard stores like Walmart which can deliver to your doorstep."
