What People Are Saying

"Such a unique dining experience! Everyone who worked there was so kind and friendly and I would definitely recommend stopping by. There’s vegan ramen (great for vegetarians too), the broth has a rich umami flavor and comes with garlic, pickled ginger, bean spouts, veggie dumplings, cabbage, and delicious noodles. It was a wonderful experience all around, 100% worth the wait!"

"This shop reminds me of the time I lived and studied in Japan for more than 2 years for my MSc in Civil Engineering. With its Japanese noodle styles, broth soup, thick noodles, and bean sprouts and cabbage, it's so yummy and delicious, and it brings back memories! Love it!"

"My favorite ramen spot in boston. I feel like a better person every time i leave. As an introvert, i was really nervous at first since its small and they encourage you to say your dream to everyone at the end of your meal. After a few visits though it definitely gets easier and makes the experience more enjoyable. I bring people here all the time cause the ramen/service is consistently wonderful. The owner has truly mastered this dish. I promise you it is worth the wait outside!!!"

"Came here last Saturday after hearing reviews about this being one of the best ramen spots in the Boston area and it did not disappoint in the slightest! We waited outside roughly 30 minutes with 12 people in front of us. The waiter explains the restaurant concept and the seating/order arrangement before you are seated. You can opt out of sharing your dreams if you are not comfortable doing so. Both my boyfriend and I got the 5-piece bowl. The pork cuts were so juicy and melted in your mouth, the soy broth was incredibly rich and the noodles, clearly handmade, were springy and chewy. We both got garlic: if you're not a big fan of garlic I would opt out of getting it as a topping, but as someone who loves garlic, it was a delicious addition! I wish I lived closer than two hours away, I would make myself a regular patron in a heartbeat! I still find myself daydreaming about my bowl 🤤"

"Soup itself was certainly salty but the chef was kind enough to give us extra broth to mild the saltiness. If you ask you can also get more veggies too! It took a while to go in with lines behind but i guess they seat you row by row. You pay upfront only 2 menus. Vegetarian option or regular option. Soup is quite fatty but the garlic and the veggie milds it."
