"Coffee/espresso was good. Service was a little slow. I was the only person there and about 3 minutes after I ordered the person goes, "okay what am I making?". I'd give them another chance, just to improve on the service. Granted, I don't know what else they're working on, but at 3pm and me being the only customer, it shouldn't have taken 10 minutes to get my espresso out. Parking is a little tricky and not well-marked if you're not a local and don't know where you're going. Basically don't park out front, there's a back parking lot that you have to navigate to."

"Coffee was not good and scalding hot. The bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel was incredibly greasy. Not much for atmosphere as it is pretty bland inside. Nice staff though."

"I highly recommend Sturbridge coffee roasters. I had latte double shoot espresso it was very strong and I had special muffins its was so delicious and served with a smile! The staff are always very friendly and helpful and make sure each customer is satisfied. The prices are also very cheap so it won't break the bank."

"Ordered a small hot chocolate and muffin to go. Everyone else that ordered after me got their drinks before I did. The hot chocolate took almost 10 minutes to make. Don't know why (there was nothing special about the taste, very average), but maybe just give me a heads up when I'm ordering it that it takes so long. I only get a 15 minute break from work. Another disappointment was that the muffin was pretty dry. I went here instead of Dunkin to shop local/small but the $8.80 I spent might as well have been thrown in the trash."

"Great coffee, Nice Atmosphere, Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back. If you go early, you will even be able to purchase Pastries they get from Fancesco's Italian Bakery. There is PLENTY of parking in the rear of the building."
