"Great place to stop for a coffee and great Italian pastry. Or you can pick from there show cases and bring the pastries home. The also have some Italian meats products sausage and cold cuts. They sell frozen pasta to take home and they sell home made sauce to go with it."

"Terrible experience with a $200 custom cake that was received completely frozen! We left it out of the fridge for 5 plus hours ahead of time, as long as possible before our party and it was a ROCK. The bottom crust was so stuck to the cardboard it was inedible. When we called to ask why the cake was frozen we were told we requested it which we absolutely did not and they did not care at all or offer to make it right in any way!"

"I come here with my Mom who has been really wanting to go up to an Italian bakery since she moved here and we love La Fiorentina! The staff are always so lovely and the pastries are awesome! Definitely want to try the hot foods some time!!! I also got my wedding cake from the main st location 11 years ago and it was soooooooooo amazing!"

"Was really disappointed with my cake order for my son’s first communion. We ordered the fruit cake. Was not told the crumb on the sides couldn’t be added because of cross contamination. (Nut allergy)I asked for white flowers and was told no. It won’t look good. So I said okay how about God Bless Henry on it. Was thinking because it was a big cake with no other decorations the writing would have been better . Nope. I opened the cake box when I got home to find this, what a joke! I called and spoke with the manager and that’s when she told me the crumb on the sides couldn’t be added and she could not add any other decorations as she’s not a baker and would look bad. So pretty much was SOL. For spending as much as I did on this cake and for this being a good bakery i expected a lot more! Very very dissatisfied."

"Fast friendly service. Got lost in the pastry display. I want to sample every Italian pastry. Reminds me of being a kid in my great grandparents in New Jersey. They always had a dining room filled with fresh pastries when we visited. This place tastes just like my childhood."
