"Pretty cool cafe inside a distillery. Been to quite a few coffee-bar hybrids across Boston, but this one sits near the top of the list for sheer atmosphere. The distillery floor isn’t massive, but the hybrid layout was nice. Three comfy booth seatings by the cafe section and high top tables in the bar section. They also had a resident cat who spent the entire morning holding court on one of the booth couches. The Blueberry cobbler latte and cold brew I tried, however, were just decent. The latte came dusted with cinnamon, which muted the blueberry flavor, but it was otherwise solid. As for the cold brew, I’m not sure why ice was added. Tasted really diluted and lacked the torque I needed to power through a workday. Still, it’s a good spot to work in a quiet setting. I stopped by during the holiday season, which gave the space a bit of extra charm, and I’d definitely circle back when I’m back in the area."

"Stopped in after my daughter saw this place online and wanted to see the Calico cat Mash in person. As we have one too. I am an espresso enthusiast so I was excited to try their lattes as they look magazine perfect. I tried the maple cinnamon iced latte and it was DELICIOUS! I also tried the jalapeño cream cheese croissant, it was so flaky and good! The staff was super nice also. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!"

"Been living in Everett since 2018, and we finally have good coffee since this place opened! Thank you Short Path Distillery 🙏. It’s so exciting they are serving Gracenote coffee too, and you can tell, the iced latte are incredible. Free WiFi, big tables, lots of space, definitely going to work remote here too. ALSO baked goods from Forge Bakery !!! We are so lucky. Also, shout out Mash the cat 🐈"

"I hesitated to write this review because this café is so good I want to keep it all to myself, but the people deserve the quality coffee and vibes that come from this place. I’ll start with the maple cinnamon latte. It was delicious and not too sweet, with warm, grounding flavors and espresso shots pulled to perfection. The music is perfect and at a great volume where you’re vibing but not distracted, making it the ideal place to get focused and do some work. It’s comfy, cozy, and the staff is extremely kind. Bonus: Mash the cat, who is precious and friendly. I’m so grateful I live close by and get to enjoy this space often."
