"First time experience didn’t go well. Waited over 3 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. After they did, I had my back turned as I was looking at convenience items trying to not get upset for the additional wait time, but your team took the next customer in line who walked past me and never apologized which was equally upsetting…so I walked away. Not sure when I will give another chance but saying ‘hi’ to someone when you’re two feet away within the first 30 to 60 seconds is always a great gesture. I get it, your team is prioritizing drive through, but failed winning a new customer."

"This is my daily go-to for coffee. I've always been a dunkin drinker but recently converted to ML’s. I have a very specific order, and I can honestly say they make it perfect everytime 👍🏻 They make their Mocha additive with liquid concentrated swiss hot chocolate mix, giving the coffee a chocolate milk taste. They also offer Pup cups, I have to get my dog one everytime or she’ll come for my coffee lol! Recommended Drinks: *My Iced Extra Specialty Coffee: Cinnanon Hazelnut Fluff, Cream 8 Sugars & Half the cup of Mocha. I would highly suggest this for fellow Sweet lovers. The Mocha addition may be too sweet for those that genuinely enjoy the coffee flavor, but it can be adjusted to your liking. *Frozen Drinks: Oreo Cookie Monster & Frozen Smores Drink"

"I order a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel I’m watching as this guy is basically assembling this sandwich to put in the micro wave I’m apprehensive but I’m in a rush I order a chocolate chip muffin on top of it… i bite into a half frozen sausage… I go bite into my muffin nd it was colder then the sausage! Never again"

"If I’m going to be paying over four dollars for a SMALL iced coffee, it should not come to me still warm. The drive through took over 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. The caramel dream coffee takes like liquid vanilla frosting, I taste 0 caramel. I have never tasted a more artificially flavored coffee, it was disgustingly syrup-y sweet. Would definitely not recommend anything other than their regular flavors. I usually don’t leave reviews but not only did I have to wait a long time to get a warm iced coffee, it didn’t even taste good!"
