"Flies on bread!!!!! The queue wasn't organized, and it took about 30 minutes just to order. Since the staff has to pick up every single item, it makes the process very slow. Also, because customers can't get close to the products, flies were gathering around the less popular items. To solve these issues, switching to a self-service style where customers pick their own bread and bring it to the register would likely clear up the congestion. This would also significantly reduce the workload for your staff"
