"DO NOT GO TO 9 GLEN STREET!!! I gave it 1 star as it does not exist as a stand alone store and I wasted an hour going there. The hours said it was open too. Please fix this listing. The owner was very nice and said he sold coffee at the farmers market."

I’ve ordered several times without any issues, but on my last order, there was a mix-up—the description didn’t match the bag I received. When I reached out, they assured me it was the same coffee, but I still wanted to return it. After going back and forth via text on how that would exactly happen, the owner—who truly values customer service—personally stepped in and sent me two bags for free to make up for the trouble.
