"On Thursday, June 19, I spent two hours working at this coffee shop and needed to use the bathroom before my long drive home. At exactly 5pm, when the shop was closing, I asked for the bathroom key and explained I only needed a few seconds, but the woman at the counter just shrugged and said, ‘Sorry, store policy.’ I found this inflexible and disappointing as a paying customer. I also bought a $4 lemonade, which was mostly ice in a cheap plastic cup. I regret tipping after both the service and drink quality. I hope management will reconsider their policies and improve the value."
