"While Little Heaven is open, I find my every cent spent on a variety of delicious Boba tea flavors, since I find their quality impeccable. Each time I've gone over the years, the booth barista took the time to get my order and deliver it looking fresh and sealed. With Bubble Tea becoming trendy again, and ideally forever, I appreciate this industrial introduction Western Mass had to a local teamaker's mixes. I even saw their location looking freshly organized, so I hope be there at their reopening. What else can I say? Their prices have been the fairest for fresh bubble tea I've enjoyed. They do sell products beyond bubble tea, such as other drinks, ice cream and sorbet, and including milk tea or your tapioca bubbles' replacement or removal for a variety of substitutes. I found just the right amount of ice. It was never powdery, shaggy, or curdled. In an era where even simple errors occur to frustrating amounts, or large problems arise surprisingly, the quality of my tea here was great. If you get a chance to try a taste of this Little Heaven again, make a date. :)"

"Came all the way from New Mexico and have tried bobas in a lot of places. The drinks here are delicious, flavors are consistent, service is amazing, and they have cute cups! The BEST Boba in Massachusetts!!! We are going to miss this place when we return to NM. The owner is the sweetest person and she really cares about her customers."

"Little Heaven is one of my favorite places in Western Mass! It’s a small family owned business serving up delicious boba, milk tea, smoothies, slushes, and delicious ice cream! Their honey rose lemonade is amazing but really every drink is. They have a drive through or picnic tables you can sit at. The staff is so lovely and friendly too. Thank you Little Heaven!!!!"

"delicious and great prices. Cute outdoor seating area too. Drive through when it gets too cold or is rainy 🍨🍦 the only downside is we went here once when it was raining, and they never opened up. The opening times are different when you compare google, their posted hours on-site. Would be great if they updated social media to alert customers if they will be closed or open on bad weather days."
