"Stopped in here yesterday during a work trip for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Large, clean, delicious vegan food, who could ask for more? I always try to go out of my way during trips to support local vegan restaurants, and even though this one is two hours from my home, I will definitely find an excuse to pass by here again if work doesn’t take me this way. I had the eggplant calzone and small salad and it was perfect, hit the spot if you know what I mean. Thank you Pulse!"

"I stayed in town for one night to attend a class and had heard of Pulse in the past. They are located very close to a strip of busy road with hotels and other lodgings, so very easy to access for those staying in the area. The whole menu is vegan, and it was a tossup on what I'd ordered since I was alone and couldn't get one of everything to share with my husband (😀). I ultimately settled on a mushroom calzone I added smoked tofu to for $3. The tofu was well done! Everything was delicious. The marinara was flavorful and the knots were nice and fluffy crispy. I was even able to get a smoky tofu bowl for lunch at class the next day 😊"

"I am by no means a vegetarian or vegan, but I came here with a vegetarian friend and ordered the chicken and waffles. I was pleasantly surprised at just how well made the food was and how close it got to the real thing. The space was really nice, with plenty of seating and the portions were good as well. Only thing is that they close too early (7pm) to really be able to get dinner here, so its mostly a lunch spot, which is not ideal. If they were able to stay open an hour later, until 8 or so, this could change the game."
