"I went here last week and the experience over here was nothing short of livid. I’m obsessed with the interior of the place and even more obsessed with the food and drink I had over here. To start off I had the Buffalo Pastelito’s which gave a good sensation in my mouth. For a drink I ordered a Caribbean Mai Tai, which was one of the best and most unique drinks I ever tasted. Then for a main course I had the Fried Pork Chop with Brown Beans and White Rice and it tasted like absolute greatness. Lastly, for Dessert I had the Deep Fried Oreos that came with Vanilla Ice Cream and the way this tasted made me feel too good if that’s a thing. Top Mix is easily one of the best Caribbean Restaurants and Restaurants in general in Boston."

"$15 “pre-portioned” drink. I could not believe the amount that I was getting or even the color of this drink. I’ve ordered the “La Mama” in the restaurant literally a week prior and wanted the drink to go this time. This “pre-portioned” sweet juice (wasn’t even good enough to be considered a drink) I was given was darker in color, did not come with mint leaves/fruit like the orginal usually has and barely made 3/4 of the SMALL cup (and my hands are tiny). The only regret I have is prepaying thinking that I would at least have the drink I’ve had before. I brought it up to the staff and the only thing off was the “color”. Not that it looked like someone already had sipped my drink. Very disappointing."

Just look at these fritos 😂😵‍💫 and the service is bad .asked for lemon juice got apple juice . Asked for the burger with no cheese , got extra cheese.no plates no utensils. Asked for 2 orders of an appetizer got 1 . Shrimp charred . Burger charred . Had to go find someone in the kitchen. Only good for drinks and loud music . Ur better off crossing the street to Alex chimi for better quality food . Will not return ."
