"I have been a loyal customer for 5 plus years, they get to know you, know your order and give you some polite harassment (I am the instigator btw..). Their egg sandwiches are real (unlike that weird egg puck you get at DD) and the coffee is flavored by the beans, not syrup. Best coffee around and try an iced caramel nut crunch, you will not be disappointed 😉"

"The staff here is always so nice to me. I love their punch out cards and love that they reward repeated customers. Their bagels are always hot and tasty and the variety is pretty good. They are also cheaper than the other larger chain nearby with better quality and size. Also it's a lot easier to navigate their drive thru and parking lot than other nearby places. My one gripe I gave is that their coffee and bagels are so addictive I end up spending too much money here!"

"The staff is super friendly! I like their coffee much better than the other guys - better, fresher flavor. Tons of flavors to choose from too. They have a drive thru or you can eat in too. I can't speak to the food since I'm gluten free but it all certainly looks and smells delicious!"
