What People Are Saying
from Google"They have a wide variety of milk alternatives and their barista version of soymilk is 90 calories and 5 grams of protein per cup. Not bad. Also: tasty!!!! I love the chairs, which are some kind of woven fabric and quite comfy. There’s a mall Santa nearby, and lots of Christmas lights and such all over. Oddly, I couldn’t hear Christmas music or any music while here. That’s the one thing I would have remedied, but there are 18 tables with 2-4 chairs each, there’s several small seating areas, and this end of the mall has lots of open spaces. Not too crowded and fully accessible."
"Nice quick grab and go coffee bar at nordstrom. Cold brew ice coffee was great with quite rich dark roast flavor."
"This review is coming off after not just one visit after multiple visit thinking may be they had a bad day but after my last visit and after hearing same thing from my friends i had to write this. I had high expectations given the premium prices, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match. The coffee itself was average at best—not bad, but nothing that justified the cost. What REALLY disappointed me was the service; staff seemed uninterested, inattentive, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or professionalism. For the price, I expected both better quality and a much more welcoming atmosphere. There are plenty of places offering better coffee and friendlier service for less and wouldn’t mind paying more if it was good service. Wouldn’t return."
"I just paid $6.50 for what they call “house made” lemonade. OK, I guess if they mix the powder with water here in Natick, it’s technically house made. My bad, I took that to mean fresh squeezed. This isn’t even good supermarket lemonade it’s the worst supermarket generic lemonade you’ve ever had."
"Best Staff Ever! Super friendly! Great atmosphere! Better product than everywhere else in the mall!"
