"NY Bagel has the best bagels in town. I ordered eggs and avocado on the everything whole wheat bagel and it was amazing. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful and the quality is consistent every time I visit. They also have their own coffee brand, Red Barn, which is phenomenal. I love their hazelnut coffee and I’ve been buying it for years and even gifting it to people because it’s that good. The reason for my four stars is the cleanliness. Every time I come in, I end up cleaning my own table and the floor usually needs attention. I understand the place gets very busy, but the trash bins need to be emptied more often so people can throw things away and the dining area needs more frequent cleaning. The food and coffee are excellent and the place has great potential. I hope they improve the upkeep because everything they serve is truly worth it."

"This place may have just restored my faith in restaurants when it comes to pricing, quality, and quantity of food. This place is ELITE. Their breakfast sandwiches are MASSIVE and damn are they jam packed with flavorful goodness! For the price of these sandwiches and what you get, I’d recommend this place all day EVERY day. I can’t wait to go back and try something else. The pictures don’t do it justice. I work in Boston and I’ll definitely make it a point to stop here on my commute. "I love coming here on the weekends when me and my friends get the chance. Even though it gets busy it's so worth it! Don't let the long line intimidate you. It goes fairly quickly. The seaport and Bronx bomber are a couple of my faves. Also the broadway and hells kitchen. They do have gluten free plain and gluten free everything bagels. Getting to know the staff Jose, Emilio, Juan, and Jon over time makes my experience that much better. The prices for the food and even for the beverage's makes it a major plus."
