"I ordered a cake from this bakery and, although the design was very pretty and exactly as I requested, unfortunately the experience was not good. In the instructions I had specifically asked for a cake that was not sweet, and for the sugar to be reduced as much as possible, but when we tried it, it was extremely sweet. The cake ended up being almost impossible to eat: my guests only tried one bite and did not want to continue because of how overly sweet it was. In the end, the cake had to be thrown away because no one was able to enjoy it. I felt bad because everyone said the same thing, and I also feel that I lost the $55 I paid. Maybe for some people that’s not a lot, but for me it is a significant amount, especially considering that I gave very clear instructions about the sweetness and they were not taken into account. The design was beautiful, but the flavor could not be enjoyed at all. I hope they can be more careful with customer specifications on future orders."

"I saw they had great reviews with pictures I went on the website and it was so easy to make the order online! Once I did that I got an email very shortly after to discuss details which was great I provided a picture and put some key details like heavy in the frosting. I picked it up at the bakery. It was very cute inside helpful staff lots of treats on display! They packaged everything up so nice for me and it was perfect. The frosting as requested nice and thick and sugary. It was my husbands birthday and he was impressed and said it was delicious which I agree so good! Thank you to Whisk and Paddle you guys do fantastic work. If anyone is thinking it’s too expensive this was very affordable at $30.00. Totally worth it 🥰"
