from Google"Stopped into Capito Coffee and had an amazing experience. I got to meet Gianna, the owner, and she was fantastic. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Santa Boston walked in needing a pick me up and walked out with one of the best lattes he has had all season. The atmosphere is friendly, the service is top notch, and the care they put into every cup really shows. Capito Coffee is the kind of spot that makes your day better the moment you step inside. Whether you are grabbing a quick latte or settling in for a break, you will feel taken care of. Five stars from Santa Boston, and I will absolutely be back."
"We hired Capito Coffee for our Winter Party at SAVY Little Playhouse, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I wanted a barista experience for parents to enjoy great coffee while the kids played, and Capito Coffee exceeded every expectation. Gianna was wonderful to work with during the booking process: incredibly responsive, organized, and professional. She even sent a confirmation email the day before(during the holidays!) the event, which I really appreciated and found so reassuring. Declan, our barista, was truly a gem. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make everyone feel taken care of. The coffee was delicious, genuinely high quality and guests were raving about it. They were on time, polished, reasonably priced, and delivered an amazing experience. I would rebook them in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation. If you’re considering Capito Coffee for an event, do it! you won’t regret it!"
"This is the cutest coffee shop! It’s located inside a larger building with other stuff (which I didn’t have time to explore). The staff was SO nice and the latte was delicious. I sat and worked at the counter for a bit while my husband was in a meeting and a staff member came over to make sure I had the WiFi password. When my husband came back he ordered a second latte because the first one was so good. 10/10 recommend stopping here."
"I came in and ordered a french toast muffin and a large iced skim pumpkin spice latte. The muffin was actually pretty good, and the girl who took me on the register was nice. I was super excited because pumpkin is usually reserved for fall. I was immediately let down when I saw the espresso machine spurting out the espresso which was the first bad sign. Then I watched the man making my latte put ice first and swirl the espresso around in it and then add the syrup which melted the ice and watered down the espresso. He also just topped the water espresso mix with skim milk. When you’re making a latte you should add the syrup first, then the hot espresso that caramelizes the sugars in the syrup and top with cold milk and then add ice to preserve the flavor of the espresso. I tried to explain that to the man making my coffee because I could tell it wasn’t going to be good and he fed me some weird line about how he adds extra ice in the summer? And tried to convince me it was going to look watery because of the skim milk, not the fact he had melted so much ice. Which, yes, skim milk does look watery in lattes but it was made so poorly. I tried it when I got to my car and did not drink any more. It tasted incredible watery and was a complete waste of money. I would never come back here for coffee again, if you’re going to have an espresso machine a) make sure its functioning correctly and b) train your staff on how to properly make drinks. I would never recommend coming here for coffee, but I would recommend the french toast muffin."
"Such a cool hidden gem. Hard to find, it’s inside the building but definitely worth the search. They have a ton of cool coffee options and a bit of food too."
