"This is the worse Starbucks I ever go to. There service are very bad. Especially the old lady that work there and consider herself a manager. I order a ice triple espres. Like the drinks in the picture i show it to her. She didn’t make it right so I asked her to remake it for me. . I don’t know what get into her at the moment she was rude and mean to me. Starbuck rule costumers name have to be in the cup. She didn’t put the lable or my name on the drink. I talk to her in a nice way but she still mad and angry. She told to get out of the store and threaten to call someone to escort me out. I dont know what i did wrong. Below are two pictures on the drinks one is how i want she to make for me. The order she make it."
