"I've had their regular coffee before and liked it. I recently got one of their specialty lattes and it was terrible especially considering the price. I got a hot specialty latte with oat milk and was charged $8.74 and the drink wasn't even good. They didn't heat up the milk so the latte ended up being lukewarm at best and I could only taste the caramel and none of the fall spices that the cozy crumble latte was supposed to have. I love supporting local businesses but if you're charging more than Starbucks for worse coffee, I expect a better drink."

"For the past four and a half years I’ve had a great experience here. The staff was all knowing and prompt with online orders. The newer weekend staff is extremely slow with lines that I’ve never seen before and errors on my orders which hasn’t been an issue before. 5 stars for my previous experiences and 3 stars for how it is now."

"Fresh baked items, such as muffins and bagels, coffee and tea (Two Leaves and a Bud brand), and plenty of gluten free, vegan, and traditional snacks) There are three stairs to enter, but I’m sure you could sit at an outdoor table and have an order brought out if needed. The chair was tasty, a little sweeter than I’d enjoy if I made it myself, and I tried a Berg Bite which wasn’t bad!"
