"I needed a little something sweet after being out at Revere Beach all day. I’m passed by Napoles Bakery on my way to the Laundromat across the street. I saw they had an espresso machine so why not have a lil caffeine with something sweet. Carol, the female employee helped me with my choices & suggested the espresso with ice cream called Affogato! The chocolate brownie looked too good to pass up, so I ordered it as well. I took a seat & Carol brought everything out to the table. Napoles is very clean, a great experience all together!"

"Would find somewhere else to go. The ladies at the counter this morning were friendly enough but that was all. The cookie I purchased was old and stale. The croissant was also old and stale - it was so hard a kitchen knife struggled to cut it in half. I ordered a decaf latte. The ladies said sorry no English and gave me a cup of ice with regular coffee in it. Really not a great experience. Also, the most annoying thing about being here - one of the ladies helping me was on her cell phone the entire time taking a phone call."
