"Small cute little shop. The gentleman working was very kind and soft spoken. The service was just slow. I got a muffin and coffee and I was inside for 15 minutes, AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THERE! The muffin was tasty and the coffee was solid. So I can’t give it less, but I just wish it was faster. I don’t know why I was waiting."

"Such a lovely surprise to bite into this muffin to find the whole bottom full of mold. My husband surprised me with a pick up order from here on our journey home and this is the real surprise we got!! He was so thoughtful and you guys ruined it. I mean how long does a muffin need to sit out for it to get this moldy!!?? This is definitely more than a week old I’m so disgusted. Just because you have a cutesy name and tourist location doesn’t mean you can feed people old crap especially for the price. How cheap and lazy do you have to be to keep baked goods this long?? I’ve never seen anything like this before in an establishment. Shame on you."

"Charming little coffee house. Coffee was great! The barista was welcoming and helpful in ordering drinks. We decided to get a couple of local drinks, I believe it was the hex, and the maple brown sugar toffee- Iced. Both were very good. Large portion sizes! They had some seating inside, and the space was well decorated. Enjoyed our drinks very much!"

"We booked a broom making class with this coffee shop through enchanted strings and things. The owner decided to not open the shop and enchanted strings claims the owner of the shop was paid out of our money for this class. Enchanted strings and things claims that owner of this coffee shop has not refunded him (Joseph) so he won’t refund us. The service was canceled and we have not received a refund to date and he has stopped responding to our texts and he won’t take phone calls."

"As soon as you walk into Spells, you can feel that it's a community-oriented and welcoming spot. The baristas are super friendly and helpful, and the patrons are mostly regulars/locals. The theme is also very cute - lots of witch decor - I can only imagine what it's like closer to Halloween. The food was also great - I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant, with added bacon, tomato and avocado - and it was perfect. I'd also recommend the speciality iced lattes when in season (I ordered the iced lavender honey latte with almond milk). Finally, there's easy parking on the side in a lot, and it's also a good place to work - the cafe wasn't too crowded when I came in, and there was an outlet near one of the tables, which made it laptop friendly."
