"Came in this morning for some boo bucket coffees (Potters potion and Hermoine’s harvest) and a breakfast sandwich and I did not leave disappointed! The coffee is flavorful but not sickly sweet and a great price for the size of the specialty bucket. I got the “Honey Bear” breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. I would definitely come back to get it again. The staff was friendly as well. There were only 2 people working when I went in and they kept the line moving as fast as they could. A small wait is a good price to pay for a great small business. I will be back in the future"

"I’m so happy Saugus has a place like Moo’n and Brew’n. I’ve had their Fluffy Sachem coffee, Blueberry Cinnamon Bun coffee, and a Brown Sugar iced latte. All have been so good! They have breakfast sandwiches and lunch now, and to say I was excited is an understatement. Finally someplace I can get a bagel and cream cheese with extra toppings. I can’t wait to try a lunch sandwich because they all sounded amazing."

"We were so excited when this shop showed up in Saugus! We needed a coffee/ice cream shop with good hours. When they first opened, they were great! There were so many ice cream flavors, coffee floats, Italian ice, an ice cream flight, and other fun options to choose from! It quickly became our favorite spot. Unfortunately, it also quickly became a spot we won't be going to anymore. They keep changing what their vibe/brand is. Since opening less than a year ago, they've been three things. They've also changed their hours but not updated it with Google, so we had shown up several times when they were "open" to find they were actually closed. This was such a disappointment. They also posted to their social media stating "Saturday nights" at 6:30 pm, with people in the video, giving the impression they were open when they actually close at 5pm on Saturday? This is misleading and confusing. The menu has changed drastically a few times, with no more Italian ice, way less ice cream flavors, and no more fun ice cream options. We'd love to see them go back to their original vibe/brand and hours, but that seems unlikely."

"Me and my wife have been here at least 10 times already! I drink my coffee bleach with no sugar so I know what great coffee tastes like. It is great coffee. I also like the black iced Cinnamon sticky bun. The sorbet was great too. We love the atmosphere, the owner, and the employees have been incredible. Great experience each time!"

"Came in for a quick bagel before work, decided to get a hot chocolate too. I don’t normally get them since they’re better made at home. Not only was the drink the perfect temp, but it was made with real fudge and warm milk! The most delicious hot chocolate I’ve ever had!! Staff was so friendly and accommodating too!"
