"The Prosciutto & Fig sandwich on their housemade focaccia is pretty good. The focaccia was crispy and golden on the outside, and airy and soft on the inside. The sweetness of the fig jam pairs really well with the creamy mozzarella, arugula, and savory & slightly salty prosciutto, creating a flavor profile that feels both rich and fresh at the same time. I’m usually not a fan of prosciutto, but here it works surprisingly well because the sweetness of the fig jam and the mildness of the mozzarella balances out the saltiness, making the overall bite really satisfying."

"We had the best time at a cooking class with Chef Jason! The perfect size class, relaxed vibes, and a lot of fun! You get to enjoy snacks and wine while mingling and having fun. Jason is such a genuine, sweet soul — he really made the class what it was. You need a gentle approach when hand making pasta and Jason embodies it perfectly with his many years of expertise. We will definitely be back!"

"Just discovered this place today. The name caught my eye, but it is so much more than fresh pasta. They have wine, prepared foods, fresh pasta and dried pasta, sauces, olives, cheeses, and a deli, to name a few of their offerings. The employess were all very friendly and answered my questions thoroughly. I purchased some herb linguine. The pasta sheets were run through the pasta cutting machine, gathered into twisted coils. I was asked if I wanted the linguine cut in in half or to leave it long. I chose to leave it long, and the strands were then tossed with semolina(?) to keep them separated until I could use the pasta later in the day. Cooking instructions were readily available near the pasta, so that was reassuring to this newbie to fresh pasta I'll certainly be back to try more of their products, as the pasta I purchased was delicious, and the texture was wonderful (nice bounce, held its shape and form, mouth feel was excellent)"

"Came in to pick up a particular bottle of wine for a Client back in California. Then I saw all of the wonderful fresh Pasta hanging over the counter and I thought HA! Bolognese sounds good for tonight. So I bought the wine, some fresh pasta, and some sauce. This place is fabulous! The desserts looked tempting as well. Anyone who knows me is aware that I have a soft spot for delis that offer delicious prepared foods as well as an extensive gourmet market area. The service was patient over the phone and helpful in person. I will be back! Respectfully Reviewed."

"Got the steak and cheese with hots and it was great! Was a bit of a wait and it's kind of awkward to wait inside the store since it's also a grocery store and narrow inside. Also had a great selection of groceries as well with decent prices. I also got their chicken plate and it was hard to not eat the whole thing in one sitting. Great place to grab a meal to-go!"
