"Soooo good. The variety is great, the coffee is high quality as are their machines which makes for delicious espresso drinks. Cute atmosphere, authentic independent coffee shop. Many non dairy and lower sugar options, friendly staff. Fun old books, free to read, all over the shop. I come here every time I'm in town. Highly recommended. Support you local coffee shop! Update, 3 years later, I still go here every day when I'm up visiting my sister. Awesome coffee, great atmosphere and vibe."

"I love independent coffee cafes, they have atmosphere and authenticity. Thirsty Mind has been around forever and does it all well, friendly people, creative drink options, decent food. They have added music and wine to expand offerings and to stay relevant. They feature local artists and partner with other local small business. Places like this need to survive, they are creators and models of local culture."

"A cozy place to sit and relax. It has a calm atmosphere with lots of choices for coffee and tea. I had a Chai Latte that was spicy and delicious. A piece of pumpkin bread complimented my latte. Lots of books for sale for a buck a piece. You can’t beat that. My wife found a Nicholas Sparks hardcover…for a dollar! Very eclectic vibe. The other customers sitting around added to the positive, happy feel. There are various seating area which include a high countertop facing the wall, cushy leather seats with tables next to them and some standard cafe type tables and chairs. Artwork on the walls completes the warm and inviting feel. The place is clean, the employees are friendly and professional. I love it and will be back."

"Well we came here cause on our way to a local pond, good ratings so let's try it out. Atmosphere is nice inside yes but like food wise this is just decent. Microwave stuff not local at all. They have cheddar for their egg and cheese sandwiches but they don't ask which cheese you want in it, they just go with American. If you have choice why not ask the customer first? Coffee is ok, just barely, only to go cups, burning, gotta wait 10 minutes for your first sip. All this, just like the surrounding shops is pretend fanciness."
