"We love Cafe Dior! When I have a layover in Springfield, MA - I am sure to stop in and have myself a Latte or their delicious food. Their egg and bacon burrito are standard but good. When I went just recently it was closer to lunch and was recommended the chipotle chicken sandwich. VERY DELIGHTFUL. The establishment is friendly and personable. I noticed people coming in and making good conversation with the workers. You can tell it’s a place where people like to come to hangout, relax, do work, have good conversation, and a bite to eat. They have a good view of the street floor to ceiling windows, plenty of natural light. Thank you for always having us. Feels like home."
