"Went in on a weekday morning after hearing a few good things from friends. The place felt cozy and relaxed, not overly fancy but clean and welcoming. I tried a couple pastries and a coffee. The croissant was flaky and fresh, maybe could’ve been a little warmer, but still good. Coffee was solid and didn’t taste burnt, which I appreciate. Staff was friendly enough and didn’t rush anyone even though there was a small line. Prices felt reasonable for the quality. Overall, a nice local bakery I’d come back to when I’m in the area again."

"This place has been around forever and is a local gem. I haven’t really had the savory food, just the pastries and coffee and yum! Sad when they closed Northampton branch but actually Springfield location is a great more authentic atmosphere. you can tell by all the old Italian guys who go for coffee etc."

"Im so disappointed. Its my birthday and we went to this bakery to get a variety of sweet treats and give them a little ranking. They look beautiful and the shop was cute so my hopes were high but by the time I got home and actually tried them I am so sad. We got carrot cake, cheese cake with strawberries on it, a coffee mouse cup, canoli cake and a chocolate cake layered with cheesecake as well as accouple cannolis. The cannolis were the only thing my boyfriend would eat because all the other treats were just a let down. I'd give them all a maybe a 3/10 with a heavy heart. We spent total like $33. The sales girl didnt really want to talk too either and when I inquired what one of the cakes were it a quick one word answer not a recommendation or opinion just a response and blank look. I really wanted to like these."
