"So my experience isn’t from the coffee shop, it’s actually from the coffee itself and online service. I visited Massachusetts over the summer with my son. While we were in Salem I grabbed a bunch of bags from all the stores I could find small business coffee in! When I got home I spent months trying them ALL! None of them really WOWED me! But when I opened the bag of Karma coffee the incredible smell that poured out of the bag was just amazing, and the taste was just literally the best ever!! It took a bit to find the perfect balance of coffee beans to creamer and water but when I figured it out!! Soo good! So I was more than excited to find out they have a website I was able to order MORE coffee from AND they offered a bigger bag size! I love that they brew in small batches and the coffee is always super fresh when it gets to you! But now I can’t drink store bought coffee because it’s not as rich and bold as this coffee! Which I am totally ok with! My FAVORITE that I have purchased technically 3 times now (twice from online) is from Guatemala and the flavor is Las Moritas!!! This time I ordered 2 bags so it lasts me a little longer but I am insanely impressed at how quickly they got it shipped out…I’m in NJ 5 hours away I placed the order Thursday and it’s out for delivery TODAY!!! I will continue ordering from this company and now that I know they have an actual coffee shop I will for sure make it a point to stop in next year when my son and I come back to Massachusetts!!!"

"Karma Coffee became our favorite 'coffee break' just after they opened, when we lived just down Route 20 in Wayland. The owners and their team are friendly and make the best espresso drinks around. Plus the store is a cool place to chill, and there are tables outside in the summer. So we started to buy our coffee beans there too, and they are excellent. We moved to the south shore in 2020 and continue to order coffee beans from Karma - because they are the best in Massachusetts! Plus reasonable prices and quick delivery. In short, highly recommended! If you haven't tried their beans, start with Ethiopian Harrar - and they have a wide selection."

"Hands down the best beans we've ever had. We discovered Karma at Whole Foods in '23 and have since switched to buying bags directly from them at their wonderful shop in Sudbury. We buy several bags on each visit and will not buy beans anywhere else...ever. If for some reason they're going out of business, we'll fund them to stay in business, they're that good."

The regular coffee as well as espresso drinks are excellent, and they have a selection of fresh baked goods. Employees are kind and excited to talk to you about their coffee options.
