"We need several ‘Little Springs Coffee’ shops in Western NY as I can’t be deprived of the best tasting latte I’ve ever had. The one and only Iced Butter Cream Latte that’s been mentioned over and over again by the reviewers. The two I had were definitely not enough. Perfectly balanced flavours, beautifully presented and it’s a must try for anyone thinking of visiting. I promise you won’t regret it! The interior is warm and welcoming with vibrant eye catching flower arrangements. The seating is excellent with the addition of outdoor seating too (weather dependent). The rich aroma of coffee really draws you in. But what makes this cafe exceptional are the wonderful staff. Friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have. Perfect spot to unwind with your favourite brew… Small carpark but off street parking is available."

"It's so nice to finally have an independent coffee shop right here in West Springfield and within a short walking distance from my house. I come in a couple times a week for either a latte or mocha, and every time I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and prompt service. The shop is immaculate, with small tables for those who just want to sit and chat or get some work done, and free Wifi is available. The quality of the coffee itself is superb - just the smell of it when it's being ground brings me joy. 😄 I especially like the mocha, since it's not too sweet, which is often a problem at other places when I order one. The balance of sweetness and espresso is perfect. They also have locally-sourced pastries, such as muffins, scones, and other items, all of which are fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable - precisely in-line with what I would expect for the quality received. Overall, I'm thrilled that this coffee shop opened so close to my home, and I will be returning very often in the coming months. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for something better than the usual coffee chains that are on offer around here. Five stars! 🌟"

"Can't speak highly enough of this place. I have been meaning to come since they opened, and I finally made it. I was just in yesterday and I am already hoping to make it back today to try some of the other delicious sounding drinks. The sweet corn latte was so unique and unbelievably delicious. The gluten free pumpkin muffin was so moist and tasty. You must visit!"

"Their spring matcha is amazing and so delicious! We also got a cinnamon roll, tomato and basil scones and the black sugar latte. Everything was perfect and I definitely will come back. Best matcha I ever had!!!"
