"My friends and I came across this bar after eating at the Italian place up this street. Everyone at Cicero's seemed to know each other - it was obvious that we were new there (out of place?), but everyone was really nice to us. I chatted with many other patrons there. The guy sitting next to us won a game he was playing, and bought drinks for everyone at the bar including us. Very comfortable atmosphere. Women's bathroom was very clean. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. I don't live in the area, but if I am again, I will definitely go back."

"Outstanding hospitality and very clean. I make it my business to observe the surroundings/surfaces. This "dive bar" (what I refer to as a " local's grown up tavern") get's an A+ from this old bartender. I have gift for finding the best watering holes; all the way from the Upper Pennisular of Michigan to Key West. Cannot vouch for what happens after dark. I am strictly an afternoon-er on the wrong side of 50."
