What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Ok, I couldn’t get everything but here are the things I can swear are divine: chicken salad on croissant, pain au chocolat, spinach and feta on phyllo dough, ham and cheese rolled in croissant , Olive loaf, Avocado toast with a boiled egg on an everything bagel, and cold pressed coffee with coconut and oat milk. I can’t say it enough this is an amazing bake shop. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Great, friendly, chill, service . Laid back ambience and easy accessible parking . Get there early before they run out of their more popular items- though , you really can’t go wrong with anything at CRUST!"
"Crust Bakeshop (Gold Star Blvd) is a true gem for anyone looking to satisfy their breakfast cravings. They’ve got all the essentials—freshly brewed coffee, refreshing teas, and a full spread of breakfast favorites. Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is a must-try: buttery, flaky, and packed with flavor. I paired mine with a green iced tea infused with strawberry and vanilla—light, fruity, and the perfect complement. And whatever you do, don’t leave without grabbing their monkey bread. It’s sticky, sweet, and totally unforgettable!"
"i am aware this place was originally owned by armsby abbie owners. with a display like this you can see how cheap the quality this place is. nothing is made from scratch using recipes I can also tell by the taste. I went to enough places. the owner is lucky anyone still stops in. I know the taste and texture of real scones same as artificial flavors. like taking a cheap muffin batter then adding to it. I know from a while back shortening was used instead of butter. anyone that goes to college for culinary would know this. that oil is made with petroleum distillates basically infusing oil that goes into your car engine and helium balloons etc. Proctor and Gamble came up with that over 100 years ago. the owner should rethink about what they are doing before rushing in."
"Chocolate churro croissants, balsamic bagels with tomato’s and mozzarella…this place is so unique!!!! I also love the croissant pillow! 🥰. Super affordable too! My bagel and croissant came to $8!"
"It’s really hard for me to write this because I usually give way more grace than I should, especially to places that consistently hire young staff and are often understaffed. I’m patient. I wait. I don’t make scenes. I let things slide. Crust Bakery didn’t just have my business. They had something I rarely give: loyalty. Not money, not special treatment, just the benefit of the doubt I reserve for places that feel like a second home. That’s gone now. On my last visit, I waited in line and placed my order. The shop wasn’t busy. I wasn’t rushing. Still, people who arrived after me were served first. A man who ordered after I did got his drink before me. He even had to ask about his order, just like I had done a minute earlier. When I asked where mine was, politely, I was met with a dismissive, passive aggressive tone from a woman I believe may have been management or ownership. None of the regular staff have ever treated me this way, which is part of why this stood out. I ended up leaving after more than 25 minutes, when my drink was finally called. What I can’t ignore anymore is the pattern I’ve been trying not to name. I am almost always the only brown person in this space. I didn’t want that to matter. I kept telling myself it didn’t even it sure did. But moments like this make it harder to keep pretending there isn’t something off about how people are treated here. This isn’t about one slow order. It’s about feeling overlooked, deprioritized, and disrespected. I won’t be coming back. Loyalty only works when it goes both ways."
"This place is adorable. We stopped in for some quick snacks and coffee. Great latte with multiple milk alternatives offered. Friendly staff and comfortable..."
