"The coffee, tea and breakfast food are excellent! Freshly brewed and baked. The service is quick, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone in Worcester that is looking for a good cuppa, coffee, and a yummy breakfast to enjoy, enjoy! Plenty of off street parking and located in the heart of many very good restaurants on Shrewsbury Street."

"Employees were friendly and service staff were polite. Unfortunately, the food portions were extremely disappointing for the price. The sandwich had barely any meat and was so light it honestly felt lighter than the card I paid with. On top of that, the wait time was unreasonably long. Even though I arrived before other customers, they were served before me. For what you’re charged, the portions and service timing should be much better. Not worth the price unless these issues improve."

"Nice relaxed vibe. The owner, Julia, is very welcoming and friendly. I had the hot latte with oat milk, which was real good. They have a pretty ample pastry menu. Definitely coming back, can’t wait to try more of their menu."

"Employees were nice but I asked for a blueberry scone and received a muffin. Also waited 15+ minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked for my order and they just then grabbed my bagel off the shelf to be toasted. Probably won’t be coming back."

"They aren't too many good places coffee places in worcester open till 8pm. So while on the lookout, I came across inhouse coffee. This place serves great coffee. We have been going their every week. They have some really good options to flavour your coffee. They also seem to have a great variety of teas. I am always on the lookout for good bagels and this place has some really good and fresh ones. They also have other baked goods and desserts to offer. The cannolis look delicious, haven't tried them though. The best part is the lady at the counter. She always greets you with a big smile and just makes your day better with that delicious coffee she makes. This place should be on your list if not yet."
