After reading all the reviews from this location and this being about the only good one I suggest noria does everything in their power to keep Miss Merissa"

"I’ve been coming to this store with my friends for years, but what happened on Wednesday was honestly embarrassing not for us, but for the worker. He accused us of stealing with zero proof, raised his voice at us, and treated us with disrespect for absolutely no reason. We asked to see the camera footage, and he refused. Then he told us we weren’t allowed to shop there anymore. Later, corporate checked the video and confirmed that we were 100% innocent. We didn’t take anything, we don’t even eat protein bars, and we put everything back. The fact that an employee in 2025 is still jumping to assumptions about people is just sad. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least treat customers fairly. No apology, no accountability just unprofessional behavior. That worker needs serious training."

"My family & I were ignored & treated rudely because we wanted to see if that Nouria had the Friday freebie. The employee had bad customer service. There was no smile & didn't take the time to greet us. Starting from 8/9/2024, I highly suggest no one goes there on Friday mornings."

"The clerk (cashier) working was very unfriendly, not helpful at all & grouchy. He didn't smile, didn't seem to care about others & put my family in a bad attitude. I never want to go there ever again (with that employee). He works at least between 8:30AM to 9:30AM on Friday mornings as of August 9, 2024."
