"Amazing food and staff, Palma's has been in Worcester forever and there's good reason. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The food is delicious, I've eaten here for both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast sandwiches are great and the Italian sandwich is a neighborhood favorite. My wife and I are queer and we feel very comfortable here."

"Have been there twice now and their meatball sub is one of the best that I’ve ever had. I hear the Italian subs are great as well. I’ve also tried the cannolis and they were very delicious as well. They have so many other pastries and Italian cookies that look delicious and I can’t wait to try. I also noticed fresh Italian bread for sell that looked delicious and really peaked my interest. Would recommend and will definitely return!!"

"Glad I stopped by here. This place had one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had in my life! Very very authentic Italian deli/bakery/cafe. Great place to grab food or just enjoy an espresso coffee. They also have some European products for sale."
