"Oscar's Coffee is a great gathering place in Annapolis' charming Eastport neighborhood. With parking nearby, the small coffee truck is on the water with beautiful views. The menu is large and they usually have seasonal drinks. My large hazelnut latte was really good. It was creamy, just a tad sweet, and well brewed. Service is friendly! In fact, it's the kind of place where they know all their regular customers. It was fun to witness!"

"I was never a coffee person, until Oscar's opened in Eastport, that is. I can't say enough about the staff (AMAZING), the quality of the product (DELICIOUS) and the location (PEACEFUL). Tucked away in the Horn Point Harbor parking lot, it is easy to miss if your not looking. Located on the water on Back Creek, you can see why this is a perfect spot to stop and get your coffee fix during your morning stroll. We love Oscars, and you will too!"

"This is a great concept! It brings neighbors together, from Eastport and beyond. There are lots of people who walk up, but there is plenty of parking too. The coffee is terrific, and the waffles are amazing. They have added bagels now too. The staff folks are so friendly, and the water views from Horn Point Marina, all the way across to Greenbury Point, are just the right kind of relaxing backdrop to enjoy your favorite cuppa Joe. Plus, it is dog friendly. Just perfect."

"Awesome location. Friendly service. Treats for the dogs makes my doodle get very excited when we park nearby or turn down the street during a walk. Last time we went was on Valentine’s Day, and the mocha was delicious and pretty!"
