"Definitely disappointed in the coffee, food, and service. I got sick from the mocha and my friend didn't finish his after taking a couple of sips (he said he didn't like the taste). He said his breakfast sandwich was also gross. The woman at the cash register didn't have the class to say please or thank you. So I instructed my friend not to tip given the rudeness we encountered. This place is overpriced and over-hyped. I was looking forward to trying the place ever since I learned about it; but I wish I read reviews before. I can't believe the high rate this place has; the only thing it has going for it is the location and free library. The coffee sucks and so does the service."

"I’m so thrilled I stumbled upon Big Bean Coffee House – it’s truly a hidden gem! The baristas here put so much care and attention into every drink, and you can absolutely taste the passion they have for their craft. I had the most delightful seasonal Orange Blossom London Fog, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the aroma was just divine. I also tried their matcha, and let me tell you, it’s unmatched. If you’re a coffee lover or just someone who enjoys a great beverage, this place is a must-visit!"

"Wholesome little coffee shop. The girls working the counter were really knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, plus they played and obviously enjoyed working there. Breakfast sandwiches and cookies are amazing. Try the scones. Their baked goods are filled either lots of garnish and grains, very hearty and flavorful. All their sandwiches can be bread-less at a reduced price. They make their chai latte with the concentrate mix, but will happily substitute the syrup for a chi tea of your choice if you ask. The Mexican hot chocolate uses hot chocolate mix and add a lot of yummy spices while the regular mocha uses a chocolate syrup. Lots of brilliant and inclusive little touches everywhere here. You can tell they put quality into their work."

"Came across this adorable cafe in Annapolis super cute fun vibe lots of great snacks and a menu. Great staff polite attentive giving great energy. I had the vanilla almond biscotti which was delicious and the employee recommended iced Lavender Matcha with almond milk,wonderful. Sat outside to get some of God's sun, a great find."
