"Such a cool experience! We did the token entry and there were curtains once we walked in. We walked through the curtains to get to the main bar. There was limited bar seating and lots of tables. We found a spot at the bar and had a great time. We didn’t do karaoke, but it seemed like a fun time based on people going in and out."

"At the bar now and had a good drink. The bar tender didn’t even ask if I need an another nor when I called , he acknowledge but he serves the others who came after I called him and then continue to make another drink for someone else at the bar. On top another wait staff. Says I just wait while walking away with attitude and tone. They top it up with audacity to say the gratuity is charged by default though nothing was mentioned in the menu nor any signage says the same. Staff for Free money - go to the streets , behind the bar be professional that will earn you by default !!!! Pathetic behaviour To the staff - before you continue to be a cheap thieves - why don’t you open the dictionary and read the definition of “Gratuity” !!!!!"
