from Google & Yelp"A great spot for coffee and friendly staff! Crema is super supportive of the entire university, which is a bonus. The food is also yummy and I like that they have new, creative offerings often."
"Coffee shop located within the law school. There is plenty of seating, vending machines, and great unique drinks"
"The two women at the HSF1 location are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Recently I was double charged for my order due to a system error. At the time of the incident, I was serviced by a man who worked there. I showed him the double charge and he said that the extra charge would probably drop the next day, but if the charge did not drop to come back in to get the situation resolved. I did not think it was that big of a deal and just waited to see if the charges dropped. The next day, I got a notification from my credit card, asking me if I knew I was double charged. So I went back to the coffee shop, and the man was not there that day instead there were two women. I told the first woman about the situation and she seemed to be visibly frustrated. She said that I should still wait to see if the charges dropped and tried to dismiss me. I told her that the charges had gone through, and I even showed her my statement for my credit card. I asked if I could just get the same thing I ordered yesterday so that there was no need to try to refund me. The lady then threw her hands up in frustration and yelled “Fine do whatever you want to do!” and stomped to the back. The second lady looked surprised by her response and came up and told me that she would check their system. Something the first woman could’ve easily done instead of trying to dismiss me. Their system confirmed I was double charged, and instead of apologizing for both the inconvenience and the rudeness, she turned to the other lady to try to console her. Did they think I was trying to get one over on them? I have been there, 20+ times and I never had any issue with payment. I took my coffee and left. That will be the last coffee I ever get from that location. The coffee isn't even that great, it's just convenient."
"The coffee is delicious and the food is okay. Food is overpriced, but in a pinch it will work. The baked goods are amazing. I consider this to be a coffee shop, so I don’t go in looking for a great sandwich. The scones and drip coffee are my favorite. The staff are always very polite."
"Cream Coffee inside the Health Sciences Research Facility I building at 685 W. Baltimore Street is the worst place to go. The two sales girls are always VERY, VERY RUDE. Whenever you approach them and ask for the price of items especially the ones in the microwave, which I believe it is ideal to seek permission before opening the microwave, these girls will just tell you off that "cant you see they have labels and cant you help yourself out to go check out the price".....This is insanely rude and uncouth. Many of us patronizing you are professors and professionals and we accord every person irrespective of their duty post their due respect. Just so you know, I will no longer patronize you until you change those girls. Another disgusting behavior of theirs is that they will then make mockery and laugh for telling you off. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL."
"The coffee here is definitely cheaper than Starbuck to a certain extent, bunt of lesser quality. Flavored syrups are $0.90, which I thought was pretty..."
