"The menus shown in the old review photos are wrong. They’re from a different Daily Grind! Their sandwich menu is much more limited. My “Tall” coffee came in a tall cup but was only 1/4 full, with lots of foam on top. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and healthy. Lots of seating inside and out. Service was prompt but without any warmth or good morning. Anyone who is inside the building (patients, students, faculty etc) can buy coffee or food here, but you can’t just walk in off the street."

"inaccurate order times, they may not even start certain drink items until you arrive - asked woman at back pick up counter about my drink, she said she would make it for me - waited ten minutes, spoke to another employee who suddenly added it to the queue, first woman claims she "never saw me before" and that I hadnt been waiting next to her counter ten minutes after speaking to her about missing drink. why have I left my sick relative alone for 45 minutes for a 5 minute drink when it's their "standard" policy to not make a cappucino until customer arrives? I tried to be understanding assuming somebody else might have taken my order by mistake, but this is just standard policy and not listed in the menu? absurd. how easy would it be to list "made on arrival for freshness" and not waste everyone's time."

"These guys just wanted to charge a staff member 50 cents for an empty extra cup then laughed about it when the staff member walked away. Terrible service."

"Great iced coffee, staff are always welcoming! The line can get long during "rush" hours (it's in the JSPH so it gets busy), but they have good system to handle the rush!"
