"Only leaving a review because multiple times my order has been messed up here. Today, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and this is what I got. There was a thin layer of cream cheese on one side and absolutely nothing on the other side. Another time I added cream cheese to my sandwich (which I paid extra money for) and they never added it. The coffee is good, but the food is NEVER consistent. Sometimes it’s good, and sometimes it’s awful like today. I’d recommend extra training for the employees to ensure food is coming out the same every time."

"NEVER a good experience when I come here , and today will be my last time. I first came here months ago and the young man at the counter had me regret it. I ordered lox and bagels and he did not know how to make it. He slapped my food together flippantly. I watched quietly to see how he would make it. I was disgusted . I politely asked if his co worker can make my food because he snickered the whole time and played with my food while making it. The second visit, the same man was at the counter. This was last month, I ordered a latte. He just finished using the register and scrolling on his phone He wiped his nose with his finger in a swiping motion while sniffling. He did not wash his hands. He took the cup help it by his index finger the same finger he wiped his nose with and it was inside the empty cup as he attempted to use that cup to make my drink. I told him that before he continued, he would have to wash his hands and get a new cup. He apologized washed his hands and remade my drink. Today , as I’m making this review , I am annoyed and turned completely off. I literally am making this while walking out. I entered at 12:42pm and ordered a chai latte. The SAME man who is not pleasurable is at the register. He takes my order. After touching the register , he opens the tea bag no gloves, and touches the tea bag and put it in the cup to make my drink. I tell him he touched my teabag with his bare hands after touching the registers he then says to me while pointing the cup and tea bag at me “here you can do it yourself” Excuse me?!! I said excuse me?? His coworkers attempts to chime in to help. By this time I said why would you asks me to make it myself? He then says oh well I can wash my hands and use gloves. By this time I’m offended and turned off for the third time here. I am shaking writing this because it’s unfortunate. Everytime I come here and he’s there it’s NEVER a good experience. I strongly dislike this place"
