"Great decor and atmosphere. Clean. Great menu. Reasonable prices. David and Dad's is in an old building that used to be a bank. It has the wow effect for sure. It is hard to find a good deli anymore, so I'm glad I found this place. I would put it on par with McAllisters. Great offerings of deli sandwiches and staples like cole slaw and potato salad, as well as soups, salads, cheese steak, fries, and some hot entrees. My roast beef sandwich was piled high with everything that I wanted. The bread was good and soft too. But I wish that they would spread the meat out to the edges of the bread so that the sandwhich was flat. They had a nice complimentary water station set up, and they also had staff to take away your dishes. The restrooms were on the lower level and they looked clean, however, the floor was all sticky, so I decided not to even use it. Overall, it was a nice place and I will go back."

"We stumbled upon David’s and Dad’s Cafe while walking to a parking garage after checking out of our hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our trip! We had two bagel sandwiches and coffee, and everything was great. The menu has a huge variety, so there’s something for everyone. The service was top notch, and the space itself has an incredible, cool vibe with that old building charm. Big shout out to the busboy — he was everywhere, keeping the room running smoothly with a friendly smile the whole time. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Baltimore — we can’t wait to come back!"

"Quality turkey and bacon sandwich, and fresh variety of fruit cup. They were, however, sold out of the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast items. I was there at lunchtime on the weekend, they said after 10:30 AM no more breakfast items FYI."
