Our server, Nolan, was fantastic — super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager, Stephan, also went above and beyond to help make our daughter’s 18th birthday feel really special. That extra effort meant a lot to us. It was definitely worth coming out despite the weather. We’ll absolutely be back!"

"Nolan was the best. Great server. He busted his hump for our whole table. We were absolutely blown away by the diamond rated service we received. I have not been treated better since I was a guest of the Royal family and massaged before every meal and given a servant as I walked through the streets of Abu Dhabi. The hard rock cafe made me feel like one of the Royal family with the caliber of wealth luxury and eloquence. The respect and treatment I received were equal as if I was a member of the monarchy."

"I am the type of guy who hits a Hard Rock in almost every city I visit. I love the vibe, the music history on the walls, the memorabilia, the energy. The Baltimore location definitely looks the part and the atmosphere delivered what I usually love about Hard Rock. But everything else missed the beat. Even though I do not drink and specifically asked not to be seated at the bar, we were told we had no choice, even with open tables and other guests being seated. Having Thanksgiving dinner at the bar was not the real issue, but what followed made the whole experience uncomfortable. Our waitress and bartender was the rudest I have ever dealt with. She ignored us most of the time, talked down to us when we tried to order, and tossed utensils at us when we asked since we were never given any to begin with. It felt less like dining out and more like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. And I am probably not the only one who felt this way. We watched another customer get kicked out after the same waitress provoked an argument with them. That said a lot. I usually count on Hard Rock for good energy, good food, and good people. This visit put a real dent in that reputation. I hope they improve their service because the brand deserves better and so do the guests."

"My family stopped in for a late lunch after seeing the National Aquarium. The server was really friendly. We were sat at a table with only 3 chairs for 4 people but they brought over another chair for me. Service started a little slow but we were able to order everything we wanted including milk shakes and Newcastle Beer. The nachos were fantastic. I added steak which is not a cheap option but it was a great addition. My meal was the salmon which was overcooked for my tastes but most places overcook fish especially if it waits under a heat lamp. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we appreciated the friendly service. It definitely was a little noisy in the restaurant but it was busy and bustling with a family crowd enjoying their meals."
