What People Are Saying
from Google"My colleagues and I were staying at this hotel for a conference in town. We ate here for breakfast 2 days because it was good and convenient. The breakfast plate is huge for the cost and the iced latte was splendid. Service is a little slow, but the server’s friendliness balanced that!"
"Cute little bistro attached to the Lord Baltimore Hotel. I had a quick lunch here after checking out from my stay. The guy behind the counter (on 9/25 ) was SO nice and seemed genuinely happy to see me walk in. The coffee was very tasty and I ordered a BLT that was quite good as was the Caesar salad. The only weird thing was the pickle... which I always like pickles... it tasted old? There is also a nice grab-and-go case featuring sandwiches and fruits and more. The menu is very similar if not identical to the tavern in the lobby. I would consider stopping in again for lunch some day."
"I love bistros. Better than a cafe, not as fussy as a restaurant, much nicer than fast food. Perfect place for a quick bite and some caffeine. Food is solid and reasonably-priced. I've had proper lunch there twice, and the pasta dish is enough for dinner leftovers. Service is great, with a friendly staff at the coffee bar and table service. The place doubles as a local art gallery, so there's constantly changing decor, adding to the charm."
"The barista was so friendly and nice. I wish I got his name. The ladies behind the cashier could use a smile. The food choices are limited, but everything we had was delicious. If I had no choice, I would come here again."
"Stopped in to eat at LB Bistro & Bakery this morning. I walked by so many times and finally got a chance to go in. It’s a quaint little place, quiet, extremely friendly service. I ordered the English muffin sandwich on the menu outside hanging on the window and my sandwich came on a bagel instead and was nothing like the description on the menu. I would have liked to change my order if there were no English muffins however I wasn’t asked and I was presented with the bagel sandwich and I couldn’t say no and waste food. There was one person serving everyone who was very attentive but could have used a hand. This bakery is attached to the Lord Baltimore Hotel and is across the street from the Charles Street Metro Station and on several bus lines. I would definitely return, pastries in the case look delicious!"
