What People Are Saying
from Google"Ordered an Americano with an extra shot. Received a cup of utter trash. This is not coffee. This is brown water that tastes like dirt. Also ordered a muffin that came in a bag with food stains from other food. Muffin fell apart when I tried to eat it. I would have taken it back but this is an airport business and I had to catch a flight. This place basically has a monopoly so as much as it’s against my religion, I’d opt for McDonald’s over this swill. Barf! You could tell that the dude working there didn’t care about what he was serving at all. If I save one person from avoiding this garbage then this is time well spent."
"Boooo! I used to love this stop at BWI. Like many other reviewers, I have purchased Mayorga at Costco for years. This kiosk used to be great. Today, not so. Horrible inedible bagel-so stale I couldn’t even tear it. They were “out of regular coffee” (at 8 in the morning! What??!?) so I ordered a latte. Awful. If I were the owners of Mayorga Coffee, I’d shut this kiosk down in a NY minute. This experience taints the brand. It is gross."
"I enjoy Mayorga coffee and purchase bags of their whole bean Cafe Cubano. So I like that one is at BWI airport...that's is, until I actually tried them. The young lady at the register was leaning on the register, not very friendly or inviting. She didn't want to answer any questions and acted like she was having a bad day. Not a problem, we all have days like that but when you work in customer service, suck it up or stay home. I ordered a small cup of coffee...black, no cream, no sugar...the same way I brew it at home. It tasted horrible. Absolutely horrible. It was like pure acid. Did they not clean the coffee maker? Did it sit all week? Did someone use toilet water? I don't know...what I do know is that it was nasty and tasted nothing like the Mayorga I brew at home. I expect more and so should Mayorga. Just because you are the only coffee spot on that wing of the airport doesn't mean you provide poor service and terrible coffee. Do better!"
"We had the best experience at this coffee shop at the BWI airport. The gentleman that worked there was So kind and helpful. It was very early in the morning yet he treated us as if we were his first customers and he was happy to see us."
"Cappuccino was way too hot and was full to the top with milk more like a latte. I waited 30 minutes for it to cool down but ultimately had to pour it out when my flight boarded. The service was friendly, but I was very disappointed."
