"I have parked at this location multiple times before without any issues. Last month, their website kept failing whenever I tried to pay for parking, and the payment did not go through. I received a $40 ticket in the mail a month later. I called them and explained that the website had failed and they were able to see my attempted payment. I agreed to pay the $5 for parking (less than an hour) and they charged me an additional $5 processing fee even though the fault was on their end. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would, but their customer service rep was nice thus the 2 stars. I will not be parking here again."

"I think the minimum fee is now $15. They won’t show you the rate until you give them your credit card. Sketchy."

"Last month I was charged $21 for 30 minutes (which I only realized later). Additionally, today I received notice that my car was present at the parking and new charges were starting (when I was at home several miles away). A customer service rep helped but there’s no way I’m using this service again. Very sketchy."

"Parked here once and then later got a bill sent to my old address (not sure why that was sent there) with camera images from 2022 and charging me 40$ without any ticket on my car at the time. Had I not been sent that bill from the new tenant of my old address, I never would have known!! Very sneaky. Do not park here, there are many other places nearby that are less sketchy and do not surprise bill like this"

"Apparently the company issued a citation to my license plate with out me knowing. There was never a ticket left on my vehicle while parked in this lot. I never received any written notice of any outstanding tickets until 60 days later. I Recieved a collection letter about a Parking Violation in the amount of $48 for SP PLUS CORPORATION. I called the company directly to get more information about this and the young lady informed me of a 2nd parking violation! Again which I never knew anything about! Had I known about this right when the violation occurred I would have taken care of it right away. Beware these people are sneaky"
