"It was my first time here and unfortunately, I did not really have a good experience. First of all, it's located in the inner city with paid street parking. Second, the space is really small and tight. They even have the cooking / stuff of the employees in one of the tables too. I think the place is only suited for 2-3 people. Third, we ordered the AoA bingsoo, it was described as dark chocolate but it was super sweet. Fourth, we ordered pepperoni cheese and peanut butter & chocolate taiyaki but they overcooked it. And we even noticed how the employees were talking to themselves because they were having a hard time taking it out of the machine. And guess what, there was no chocolate at all in that 'peanut butter & chocolate' taiyaki. So, I'm not really sure what's that all about. Overall, I find it really expensive for the quality of the food that was given to us. I've had a bingsoo and taiyaki before in California that was around the same price but its taste and quality was superb so I was a bit disappointed with what I had here."

"WOW—Mr. Bingsoo is a must-visit! 🎉 My husband and I shared The Raven bingsoo (taro, coconut, red bean, and mochi), and it was honestly the BEST bingsoo we’ve ever had in our lives. Every bite was perfect—so refreshing, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff was super warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Easily a 10/10…we can’t wait to come back and try more flavors! 🍧✨"

"The customer service was great, but the boba had a hard texture on the inside while the outside was soft; some pieces were mostly hard. They could have been cooked longer. "Cute spot in downtown Baltimore for some authentic Asian dessert. We went for milk tea but found two surprises: shaved ice & taiyaki. We didn’t get to try the shaved ice but from the look of it, it’s definitely worth a taste if you are down for some sweet ice. The taiyaki was DELICIOUS. We got the milk chocolate and traditional red bean, so hot and sweet, reminds me of the Japanese times. The jasmine milk tea with 50% sugar hit the right spot with a lot less sugary taste than most other milk tea shops. Especially like the vibe of the place where the staff were all patiently taking your order and making them well one at a time. Recommended."

"A highly recommended small practically hidden gem in Baltimore that serves both bubble milk tea and bingsoo, or Korean shaved ice. The Korean couple who work at the store are unbelievably friendly, and we had a great conversation with them. Each bingsoo is large enough to split between 2 people, but for those with an appetite, a single person can eat an entire bowl. "The Raven" is their specialty in honor of the city of Baltimore, but all the flavors sound so good. Each one is hand made with care and one can watch the process of ensuring that each bite has a different topping or flavor. We didn't try their milk tea but appreciated the fact that they have non-dairy options. The store itself is on the smaller side with only 3 tables each with a pair of chairs. However, it is quite cozy and a great place to grab dessert."
