"I had a disappointing experience at Naked Lunch today. The staff member preparing food seemed to be having a terrible day - she appeared miserable and uninterested. When I greeted her with a friendly 'Good Morning,' she barely acknowledged me, saying she was busy with another customer. I clarified that I was just being friendly, but she gave me a snarky look. I decided not to order, feeling uncomfortable about the energy she would bring to my food. I've been a loyal customer for years, I too work in the restaurant industry and you never know who knows who(wink). I hope they can improve the customer experience because if not they will lose many more customers. Having a little grace takes you a long way!"
